Can I cancel?

You can cancel your plan at any time. Please note that your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Additionally, your VStore videos will no longer play when you subscription is inactive.

Why is VStore good for me?

Watching videos is far more entertaining than browsing lists of products. With VStore, you can embed products into your video content, so that consumers can buy direct from your video. The experience is interactive and seamless. Make your website and online content more entertaining and effective with VStore "shoppable videos" so that you can increase brand engagement while increasing conversions!

What Is Your Refund Policy?

While we offer free trials, we do not currently issue refunds for our subscriptions. We suggest cancelling if you no longer want to use the VStore service.

Can I see examples of VStore videos?

Of course. Go to the homepage of this site to view a collection of VStore videos.

How do I make a video?

Go to your VStore dashboard and use the VStore composer to create your first video. Making videos is as simple as (1) Selecting your video via YouTube, Facebook, video link or video upload (2) Adding products to your VStore video list and (3) Timestamping these products at the correct moments in the video, so they display in real-time to viewers (and hopefully buyers)!

No problem. Please reach out to our support team (support@rbux.com) and they will assist you.

Do I own my VStore videos?

Your VStore videos use our VStore technology in order to be "shoppable videos". When you cancel your subscription, our technology will no longer be active on your videos. This means that your video will remain live on YouTube, Facebook or the video player you are using, BUT it will not display the embedded products and be shoppable. In other words, you own your video, but you do not own the additional VStore functionality, which is licensed to you via our subscription model.

How does subscription work?

For the lifetime of your subscription, you will have VStore shoppable videos. When you cancel, your videos will remain active until the end of your billing period. We've chosen to make VStore subscription as opposed to a one-time, upfront fee in order to make VStore more accessible to clients, brands and retailers.

How many videos can I make?

How many videos you can make depends on what plan you are on. On our lowest plan, you can make up to three videos. On our middle plan, you can have up to 50 active videos. On our highest plan, you are able to make unlimited VStore videos. Please check our pricing page to review the plan features and costs.

Is there a delivery fee?

Nope! It’s all included! Wahoo!

I can’t find my order / order is missing?

Please email angels@charrli.com with the subject line ‘Missing Delivery’ as soon as you think your delivery is missing and we will get to it as soon as possible.

My box has been delivered and looks damaged who should I contact?

Oh no, so sorry about this. No problem please email angels@charrli.com and we will sort this out for you. Please put “Damaged Delivery” and we will get to it as soon as possible. If you could also include any photos in the email that would be super helpful!.

Something is missing from my box, what should I do?

Oh no! Sorry!! Please email angels@charrli.com with the subject line ‘Missing Product’ as soon as you notice something is missing in your delivery and we will get to it as soon as possible.

Is there a way to choose a time-slot for my delivery?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a specific delivery time but they’ll be between 7am and 7pm.

How to know that the box has been delivered?

We deliver between 7pm and 7am on your designated delivery day. Please leave specific instructions on a safe place to leave your charrli goodies. We will send you an automated email when the order has been delivered.

Can I change/choose the day my box is delivered?

In order to keep our routes efficient and keep our delivery costs down we’re unfortunately not able to change your delivery day.

When does charrli deliver?

We deliver on your designated delivery day based on your postcode. Please check on our post code checker if we deliver to your area.

Do you deliver to my area?

You can check if we deliver to your area at the top of the page.

Why don’t you deliver to my area?

Thanks so much for your interest in the fight against packaging waste! We are a small team and expanding as fast as we can!
